Lucy Huntington-Whiteley graduated with honours from the University of the West of England with a degree in physiotherapy. Lucy has worked in London both in several NHS teaching hospitals and the private sector before moving back to Devon .

Lucy has a wealth of experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck problems as well as lower and upper limb complaints. It was whilst working at the prestigious Portland Hospital in London that she completed specialist training in Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.

She is also a qualified Womens Health Physiotherapist and has undertaken specialist training in ante natal and post natal exercise. Currently Pilates instructors with expertise in these areas are very rare. Lucy, who has undertaken this training, combines her years of experience with her knowledge of the postural, physiological and biomechanical changes that occur during pregnancy to provide comprehensive Pilates programmes which are safe and effective.

She can offer tailored Pilates programmes in a class situation or on a one to one basis, catering for people from all walks of life.
