To teach participants how to exercise safely after
having a baby; specifically designed for six weeks post natal focussing
on areas such as the abdomen and pelvic floor, babies
welcome.
Designed to tone and strengthen areas of muscle weakness
and promote good posture.
For optimum results and individual attention the
classes only have a limited number of spaces available. Classes
